Aside from Rich Dad Poor Dad: What the Rich Teach Their Kids About Money-That the Poor and the Middle Class Do Not!, which is the best introduction to passive income/freedom thinking that I've read, I would highly recommend Cashflow Quadrant: Rich Dad's Guide to Financial Freedom.
It's in simple terms, and helps you explain the different methods of thinking the rich employ. It is done in a fun, story format, and it is for the most part light hearted and enjoyable to read.
While Rich Dad, Poor Dad is more of a story, Cashflow Quadrent delves into some of the more technical aspects (while still being an easy read).
For someone looking for a way to get rich, and not knowing where to start, I'd recommend picking up one, or both, of these books as an excellent stepping stone.
As an intro-book: 5/5
As a book with any actual applicable information: 2/5
