I've been reading a lot about purchasing websites that already have a high page rank on google.
In essence, you're purchasing a website that makes $200 a month for $2,000. Not too shabby of an investment, really. Depending on how much maintenance is required for that SEO.
Then again, paying someone to do the SEO (or just purchasing some google addwords yourself) might end up being the cheaper route, no?
Worth looking into, though...
